- Information about your device - we collect information about the operating system of your device, browser information and device settings such as preferred theme, microphone and notifications settings
- Information about your usage in WerxPace - such as apps and werxpaces you visit, and your activity in them and in WerxPace in generally
- Information from Cookies - the information we receive from cookies is created by us. It allows us to analyze and improve your experience and our service. these cookies are required for the functionality of WerxPace and some of our service may not work properly without that information

- To provide you and WerxPace's community with our service
- To gather information about the performance of WerxPace - in order to improve how we provide our service to the community

- When you use our service - When you add your content to the services, you are telling us to make that content available to certain people or communities. Who can access that information is determined by who can access a particular space. For channels and werxpaces, those permissions are set by admins
- When we need to comply with the law - We may disclose information in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is required by law
- When there is an emergency - We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it's necessary to prevent serious harm to a person
- To enforce our policies and rights - We may disclose information if needed to enforce our Terms of Service, Guidelines, or other policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of ourselves and others

We retain personal information until we determine it is no longer needed for the processing purposes for
which we collected or retain it or for legal compliance.

administrative access controls to limit which of our employees and contractors have access to nonpublic

choose what messages to send or post, and who to engage with.

- You can edit or delete any messages you have sent if you still have access to the space where you posted it
- You can edit or delete a channel if you have the permissions needed to do so
Content may be retained by us for use as described elsewhere in this policy. Also, in limited
circumstances, we may have a legal obligation to retain certain information, even if you delete the
information or your account.
